What To Look For in a home

You have chosen the best real estate agent, been pre-approved for your mortgage and, now, the challenge is to find the perfect home. Do you know what to look for?

It's important to consider many factors before deciding on the house that you will ultimately choose for your new home. Be prepared with a pen, tape measure and flashlight to help you see and record important features. Feel free to open closets and cabinetry. Look in storage areas and crawl spaces. Most sellers provide information sheets about the home; add your own notes to these fact sheets. As you preview each home, be mindful of these additional considerations:
