I am often asked for referrals for Reliable people to do various jobs around the house. It is often difficult to recommend people to do work, because sometimes they get too busy and can't come over right away, and sometimes the next person may not have the same experience that I had with them. Here is a list of people whom I have had do work in my own home that have done excellent work, and whom I highly recommend.

I decide if they fall into this category if they:

  1. Come over when they say they will/ are on time.
  2. They show pride of ownership in their work, and they are masters of their craft.
  3. They are competitively priced/ not the least expensive nor are they the most expensive.
  4. They leave the place cleaner than they found it.
  5. They are honest.
